Premix King Punchbowl

I called premix king punchbowl earlier today to see if they had any cruiser originals in stock as they weren’t on the website. The guy I spoke to on the phone was nice and said they were sold out but they had 5-6 loose bottles available and would do a good price. I said I might swing by and he said he would put them aside. I drove 1hr round trip to get there and when I arrived I asked if they were put aside and he briefly looked and said no then proceeded to point me to the regular cruisers. I’m very upset I drove all that way and I couldn’t get my cruisers. The guy that served me (different person from phone call) could’ve actually looked properly and he was rude. He acted like he didn’t really care at all and basically like I made the whole phone call up. Anyways just mad I wasted my time and you could’ve been more helpful. Please restock the cruiser originals, I would greatly appreciate it thanks. **UPDATED REVIEW** Originally gave 2 stars but now 4 stars as the issue was resolved. Brett was very apologetic and helpful, he offered to post the cruisers but I ended up picking them up as I was headed that way already. Got the cruisers for a great deal and they included a hat whic

Very convenient parking, open until late, good wide range of products but prices are little bit higher than Dan Murphys.

Tony is the best of the best, good customer service, makes sure his costumers are happy, always down for a friendly conversation, always understanding and quick to help those in need, whether it’s an old lady that needs to carry a 40kg box to her car or a costumer asking about certain alcohol

Tony has been so great with his customer service not one one occasion but on multiple occasions. He is always friendly and has great energy about him when dealing with customers even up until the last minute before they close. Id rather drive 15 minutes to this place to get the level of service he gives instead of my local place. Give the man a pay rise 🙌

This place is a "bomb"! They have a massive selection of Aussie favourites and more! We bought 3x soju for $25 😍 and picked up some extras and extras... Customer service is excellent! The staff members are your encyclopedia into the liquid world. Fantastic place to start the long weekend parteyyyy! 🍻🍾🍸🍷🍶
