The team at Prestigious Pest are amazing! Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and takes a lot of pride in his work, and Sandra was so easy to deal with when booking. Have used the PPS team multiple times over the years, at my last 3 rentals (each which have had their own unique challenges, as you can expect with older homes) and they’ve gotten it under control quickly. We contacted Prestigious Pest after being recommended via a local FB group. Daniel undertook our initial pest inspection separately from the spray as we required an urgent inspection. To say that Daniel was thorough was an understatement. Daniel did not rush the inspection, answered all of our questions and provided a report as thorough as his inspection. Normally we would have the inspection and spray done on the same day however we scheduled for the spray to happen a month later. The team were efficient, worked at a steady pace but missed nothing. We have a pet so the team worked around that until we needed to get her out of the house for the spray to the continue. We have not had to call them back in the 3 weeks since the spray as it appears any critters have gone. The entire team is professional, easy going and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Prestigious Pest & Property Services.

He is extremely careful and professional in the way he approaches his work, always ensuring everything is done safely and thoroughly. Daniel and his wife Sandra make the entire process easy and stress free. Sandra is incredibly accommodating and always does her best to fit in dates that work around my schedule. I highly recommend Prestigious Pest and Property Services. Their professionalism, reliability, and genuine care really stand out. Five stars, and if I could give more, I absolutely would.

The best experience we've had with pest control in years. We recently had Daniel and Sandra from Prestigious Pest Services to my unit, and couldn't be happier with the service. Dealing with Sandra for the booking such a nice lady she is professional. When Daniel arrived, his expertise was immediately obvious.
