I’ve been a loyal Priceline customer for over 4 years, but after today, I’ll never shop here again. !!!!!!! I went in to buy a few things, including a hairbrush. At checkout, I noticed the price was higher than what was on the shelf. I asked the cashier (Eva) to check the price. Instead of helping, she just said, “Oh okay, you don’t want it then,” and removed it from my purchase without even asking me. I said, “No, I do want it — I just want to confirm the price,” but she didn’t bother to check and charged me extra. I went back, took a photo of the shelf with the price, and lined up again. When I got to the register, Eva made me wait and then suddenly told me to go to the next cashier. Then she called her supervisor Rabina, who was even worse — extremely rude and dismissive. I was just explaining what happened, and she interrupted me, saying, “Don’t be aggressive,” which was shocking because I wasn’t aggressive at all. I was just frustrated by how I was being treated. Rabina sent someone to check the price tag, and they claimed I was wrong — even though I showed them a photo. The staff members are amazing however this has been very unpleasant paying for an expensive cream which has sticky tape all around the box (they explained as people steal the cream) however when you try topen you have to rip it all apart… not happy with that.you guys could find a better splution I beleive…

Amazing service, I didn’t get the ladies name but she had red hair and an American accent. She was very patient and helped me pick the perfect hair dye colour as well as explaining the process and how the hair dye colours work. I was able to get the exact results I wanted, very thankful!

Priceline in AU is an affordable pharmacy/ drugstore that aims to help women look good for less! Bondi Junction Australia have some of the leading health, beauty and wellbeing retailers in close proximity but this store is perfect for anyone wanting to get all your essentials and more at a more affordable price and unbelievably good sales and discounts. Customer service isn’t always the absolute best .. but it’s not hard to really find what you need and you pay a LOT less! I took a picture from the outside
