Staffs are really cool to go with.just had some stain on the back seat and was quoted 40$ ,smooth service ,within 2 hrs i was back on the road

I just got my car washed today, but unfortunately I’m not satisfied with the service. The car still looks dusty both inside and outside, and it doesn’t appear properly cleaned. The job was finished in about 25 minutes, while I believe the service is usually around 45 minutes. Could you please review the work done by your employee? I would appreciate it if this could be looked into. Thank you.

One of the owners were extremely extremely extremely rude and inpatient. When I pointed out several issues. Initially he was reluctantly rectifying the issues. After I pointed out several more issues. The guy started to blame the dirt is from underneath the paint. Which I am well aware is untrue due to my car is only 2 months new. After I pointed out there were stains on the seats which were NOT there when I dropped off the car. He started to get very angry and blame me for being extremely fussy. At the same time stating if I return to the branch he will not accept my car to wash. This is when I started to get upset and pointed out patiently that I usual cover the driver seat with a towel hence it’s highly likely the stain is from the car wash staff. I simply requested the rude owner to clean it up. He bluntly refused. At the same time BUFFED UP HIS CHCEST YELLING TO MY FACE. stating if I don’t move my car off the premise he will call the police. At this time another much more polite owner came up and enquired what the issues were and solved the issues straightaway.
