Very poor service, very slow printer take 1 pages print for edges. And after edges print got left to right with words othe way around, even pried shows exactly what I got printed. After this all mess when I havnt got print money has not been refunded so no point of wasting money, for no print. Even charges are 1000 times more then even office works. If you look for easy go less expensive with proper service, right way is to go to Parramatta library which is 300 meter away. Excellent service, easy to go, event less than office works charges. You know even near to food if you hungry. Far more better to recommend. Not at all ideal place for anyprint, just waste of time, money and even compromising that for no right printed. Very dissappointed……….

Terrible for transparent film printing. You will have the perfect A4 file and it will print extremely small as there is no fit to scale setting (just for this material unfortunately). The whole BYO film policy is just scummy. The sheet insert was also taped shut on arrival, and there was no technician to help but a clueless Ezymart cashier. This service should be used as a last resort or emergency for the average person who prints documents - save time and money at your local library or Officeworks.

I had to print some very important, time-sensitive documents. The service is self-serve; you upload your files online and choose between portrait or landscape. I selected portrait, but it printed in landscape. I tried again, this time selecting landscape in case the settings were reversed, but it still printed in landscape. I explained the issue to the store person, but he barely responded to me, let alone offer any help. After paying $5.75 twice and still not getting what I needed, I gave up and left. If you need reliable printing and better customer support, I recommend going to Avis Printing on Marsden Street instead.
