This is my local butcher. The quality of the meat is outstanding. Rump steaks that can be cut with a normal knife. The sausages are of a very high quality. Favourites are the pepper and worcestershire, which are packed with meat and taste so good. Highly recommend. So much better than supermarket meat. The meat is so fresh you can taste the difference. Highly recommend.

I bought a Lamb Shoulder from Pro Meats today and slow cooked in Parchment paper and foil for 4 hours. Hands down the most tender and tasty lamb we have ever eaten. The lamb is Sovereign Lamb and grass fed. Will definitely be buying again!

We had an election night party and Frank helped with our democracy sausage sizzle. The sausages were fabulous, particularly the jalapeño and cheddar. Although the chicken and rocket was preferred by many. Frank went above and beyond advising on catering and making a special batch of thin sausages. Very reasonable prices too. I tried Pro Meats on a friend’s suggestion and this will now be my butcher of choice 👍

My wife and me are all about having the highest quality protein source, especially when having friends over. The sausages, chicken schnitzel, steak and the beef mince were absolutely perfect, the guest were very impressed and there were no left overs! Definitely the best butcher in the area, would give 10 stars if I could. It would be silly to not buy your meat here.

Amazing!!! Incredible quality at great prices!! First time in a LONG time I’ve bought chicken thighs and not had to trim them and lose 1/3 of what I bought. The sausages are amazing - so much flavour!! And the chicken schnitzel is incredible. Support your local butcher!! Frank and his team are great people with a great offering!!! EDIT: This week I had a Tomahawk from Pro Meats - not only was it an incredibly good price, but the flavour was next level!!! Home made chips always a good choice too :)
