I recently had roofing work completed by Prompt Roofing and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Adam was excellent to deal with from start to finish. He took the time to inspect the problem thoroughly, explained the causes clearly, and answered all of my questions in detail. What impressed me most was his patience, honesty and willingness to discuss different options rather than simply pushing the most expensive solution. Communication throughout the project was outstanding. Adam was always responsive, kept me informed, and made sure I understood exactly what was being done and why. The workmanship was professional, the site was left clean and tidy, and the finished result looks fantastic. Responded to Facebook page for a report on roof. Adam visited and suggested my roof was in pretty good shape and some minor works only needed that I could do. Communication was great from the start. open honest and clearly a professional experience tradesman. My roof has a highly complicated structure from its origin, so its replacement from tile to colourbond requires tradesman with rich experience and skills. We are so lucky to find Adam and PRS to do the job which is demonstrated as perfect fit. Adam shows as a true professional throughout. He is confident from beginning with detailed draft and clear daily plan, handled a number of challenge tasks, kept me informed each day, personally checked all section at finish and made adjustment to meet his aim of perfection. Adam and his team at Prompt Roofing are absolutely fantastic. Having an older style house with a steep roof and a bull nose verandah, the job was a little challenging but no worries for them. Adam’s professionalism and care was greatly appreciated with issues due to age and wear tear were identified with the house to which Adam explained and easily resolved after continually consulting with us. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them and worth waiting for.
