Products are great and service is exceptional. When I order 4 rolls of Masking film, they called me and told me back order 3 rolls. I though that may take long but it came to our Detail Artist shop in Rydalmere within 3 days. That is very quick and efficient. We will come back for more order! Great job team.

Very happy with the 3 rolls of scaffold netting, good quality as described. Used as frost and snake protection around gardens.

I found them as they have the most competitive prices and was delighted with the product however the best part of the whole experience was the 5 star customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the product. Shannon was great with his customer service and communication.

It’s not the products that they delivered on time and in full that’s the impressive part; it’s the level of service and advice you get from them. Started with a chat with Jared who gave great advice and guidance. Followed on a couple of days later with Dave who helped me navigate the online ordering via the pop up chat. Concluded with Shannon calling me at the time of delivery to make sure I understood that the filament tape was super sticky and that if I was using it to fix the corflute to finished floors it could be problematic in getting the adhesive off. Unexpected amazing customer experience. Memorable and appreciated.
