Had an excellent experience with Proven. Angelo and his team were amazing. Angelo himself answered my questions and messages any time, even at weekends and later in the evenings. The process was super easy and transparent. Installation was great. The guys were clean, tidy and attention to detail was great. They never did anything before asking first. The system is working perfectly. 100% recommend Proven. I had probably 6 or more quotes. For value Proven were the best. If there was one criticism it would be contacting them in the beginning. The phone was rarely answered, then I'd get a text and it would take a bit of backwards and forwards to get someone to call back. I found once I had a technician's number it was so much easier and quicker. Get past that and it's a great experience.

Angelo, Kai, David and team provided exceptional service! We had ducted air removal and installation, and they absolutely nailed it! From the initial quote to the final cleanup, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They carefully removed the old unit without damaging the walls or ceiling, then installed the new system perfectly. The new aircon is running quieter and more efficiently than I expected, and I can hear the silence - it's great! Fair pricing and completed on time. I couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend them for any aircon removal or installation needs. 10/10 would use again! Thank you! 🙌

I engaged Proven Air to repair a leaking ducted air conditioning system. Following an inspection, I was presented with two options: premium routine maintenance at $894 or a full system replacement at $10,000+. The sales representative noted the maintenance may only extend the system's life by approximately 12 months. I also engaged them to relocate an existing unit and install an additional circuit breaker. The technician who handled the relocation did a good job, though he accidentally damaged a timber awning during the installation. I proceeded with the $894 premium maintenance, which was carried out on 13 February. Within weeks, water leak sounds returned, and by 5 March, water was visibly leaking through my second-level ceiling — inside the house. When I called Proven Air for an emergency callout, I was told no one could attend and was directed to complete an online warranty form. A technician eventually arrived on 11 March. He was clearly in a rush, drained what he described as an old clogged pipe full of grime, and subsequently quoted me an additional $672 for a new drain line and drain pan. The team from Proven Air Conditioning and Electrical were fantastic. They were organised, prompt, polite and, most importantly, efficient and professional from start to finish. Their booking and communication system is excellent too, keeping us updated with accurate arrival times (and they were always right on time). We also found their pricing very competitive. They came out quickly to assess the issue with our air con, then returned just two days later and fixed everything, after other companies had told us we’d be waiting weeks. The service is quick and efficient. They provide you timely updates of booked inspections and installations. The customer service is very responsive and flexible to the reqest. The inspector is very knowledgable and provides options to consider. The installation staff works very well and quicly and leaves no trace behind after the service. No additional items to work on for you as the aircon installed worked as soon as the job was complete. Overall, I highly recommend this team for your aircon needs.
