I have been having problems with my iLoad van that no one else has been able to fix. All they were doing was replacing parts without fixing the problem. After seeing several videos online of the team at PT fixing iLoad's I gave them a call and explained the problems I was having. They said to bring it in and they would sort it. Took the 1 hour 40 minute drive out and all I can say is that it was well worth it. The team had it diagnosed within an hour and had it fixed promptly. My van now drives like it used to with no more problems. Other mechanics had the car for days and could not sort it but the team here had it fixed the same day. I highly recommend the PT team to fix your vehicle, especially if you have an iLoad.

A very big thank you to the PT team, especially Emma who completed the service on my car this week. I noticed a big difference in the driveability of my car as soon as I left the workshop. It is now running so smoothly and the cause of the knock in the front of the car was identified and fixed to precision. The best its been in years!!

Insanely high level of service. First time car owner on the Northern Beaches and first issue ive had left me worried where to go. Called yesterday due to a piece of metal hanging and scraping on the underside of my car after driving through somr flooded roads Advised to bring it in at 7am today, no appointment needed. Had it looked and fixed within 15 minutes with no charge. Love that they did the work to repair the problem rather than charge exorbitant fees or push parts that weren't needed. Now its clear, why their reviews are so high. Would 100% recommend and definitely will come back for any future problems.

I have been using PT Precision as my go to mechanic since I've owned my car and I can honestly say that they one of the best around!! The Phil and the team are always so, friendly, helpful and accomodating, especially with my work hours. They are extremely fair with price as well and workmanship/care is top notch! I've had all of my general maintenance done with them along with pink slip renewals and odd tire leaks. And every time the car leaves the shop I know I'm good to go. I can't say enough great things about PT - I will continue going back to use their services and would highly recommend :)
