This used to be my local car wash, but I hadn’t been back for a while and it seems like the management has changed. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. The female staff member came over and threw a tissue box onto my table instead of placing it down (attached photos of how close I was to the box she threw on my table) What made it even stranger was that no other tables had tissue boxes on them, despite several being empty. Like was that necessary?!?! I paid $90 for my car wash, which is a significant amount, especially in today’s economy. For that price, I expected to be treated with basic courtesy. Sadly, the experience left a very poor impression, and I won’t be returning.

I won’t come for second time to this bullshit car wash!!! Yes they have around 15-20 washers staff but they’re just so unprofessional work! They counter lady mostly on her phone at the coffee table at the corner of the shop not asst the customer but guess she is not in the mood on work today! And this shop don’t have a proper price list ! They should tell the customer how much the service that they will be charging according to what kind of wash ! At the end we as customers will get a bill that will shock and think is worth that speed this much at the level of wash and. Customer experience! Look guys if you just so it on Google ads and will like to try this car wash I’ll will recommend don’t even bother to come here. I do out side wash and just passenger and driver front area cleaning they just charge $80 with unclean area ! I don’t mind to pay at this price but it should worth for the price. Totally understand staffing and cost but your business are selling services so it should worth to sell !!!

I’ve been coming here for the last 5 months after being referred by someone. At the beginning, they were actually really good, but over time the quality completely dropped. I brought it to their attention politely because I wasn’t happy with how my car was being cleaned anymore, but nothing changed. The cleans became rushed, inconsistent, and nowhere near the standard they were at the start. The customer service from some of the girls is also really disappointing. They come across rude, unfriendly, and honestly quite bitchy. No welcoming attitude, no smiles, and just poor communication overall. What really pushed me to stop coming here was the smell left in my car after the cleans. Every single time I’d get back into my car, it would smell like strong body odour and sweat. It was honestly disgusting and not something any customer should have to deal with after paying to have their car cleaned. I’ve also noticed very minor scratches on the side of my car which I genuinely believe may have happened while it was there. I’ve completely stopped coming here now and started going elsewhere. My advice is honestly to pay a little extra and go somewhere that actually takes pride in prop

I've been going to Queens car wash for over 10 years and im very happy with there work, yes sometimes you get your odd days of a clean but it's ok because they are very friendly when you tell them and they fix the problem on the spot, I also would recommend there full car Detailing because the car comes out brand new,, very satisfying. Great work guys and keep up the hard work 💪

I went to a car wash with my brand new car, and a part was missing afterward. The roof rack cover was gone. When we went to ask about it, the owner was never in the store even though we went there more than five times, and the employee kept saying they couldn't do anything without the owner.
