My friend and I booked a package that included a facial, full body massage, and foot spa, costing AUD $259 per person. Given the price and the location inside QVB, we expected a professional and relaxing experience. Unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing spa experiences weβve had. The facial was very poorly performed. After the facial cleansing, I still had makeup left around my eyes, which immediately raised concerns about the therapistβs professionalism and attention to detail. I then asked the therapist when my foot massage would begin, only to be told that it had already been completed. Apparently, their βfoot spaβ consisted of simply soaking my feet in a bowl of water for a few minutes. This was extremely misleading and certainly not what most customers would expect from a foot spa treatment. The full body massage was even worse. The therapist seemed inexperienced and lacked proper massage techniques. The pressure, rhythm, and overall skill level were far below expectations. To make matters worse, the air conditioner was blowing directly onto my back throughout the treatment. The therapist worked so slowly that I was literally shivering from the cold and counti

Great place to unwind for a while during lunch time or after work. Have enjoyed great foot and neck messages surrounded by a beautiful interior and sitting in the most comfortable fairly wide sofa chair with footrest. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient, the massage staff are very skilled and respectful. The atmosphere in the massage room containing the sofa chairs is quiet (no talking which is great) and relaxing. Although the massage sofa chairs are placed next to each other, one doesnβt feel cramped sitting next to someone else. Situated on the top floor of the historical beautiful Queen Victoria Building, this place has high ceilings and a little bit of the stained glass windows that this iconic building has throughout.

Amazing experience! The store is calming and service was efficient and friendly. My massage therapist was skilled, proactively asked me if there were any parts of my body I wanted to focus on, and would check in with me throughout the massage. Their services are decently priced as well. Will definitely come back!

It was a great experience during my short trip to Sydney from Perth. After the massage, all my tiredness was gone. The environment was very peaceful and quiet, making it deeply relaxing. Nene was very professional. I really enjoyed the experience with my friend and will definitely come back when I visit Sydney again. πΏ
