I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was very inconsistent. Before booking, I spoke with a staff member over the phone who was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered my questions well, which gave me confidence to make the booking. However, after booking I never received a confirmation email. The day before my stay I called the hotel and the first staff member I spoke with was not very helpful. She did not introduce herself, initially told me there was no booking under my name, and after I provided my booking number, placed me on hold for about 30 seconds before telling me to call back when I had the booking number ready—even though I had already given it to her. I called back immediately and spoke with another staff member who was much more professional and was able to locate and confirm my booking within minutes. Only after this call was my confirmation email finally sent. Check-in was disappointing. Although I had already paid for my accommodation in full, I was informed of a $100 security bond that had not been clearly communicated during the booking process or in my confirmation email. I politely asked the receptionist if he could show me where this

First time at this hotel. Challenging to get from the train station. Roadworks made it difficult and quite a walk. No local shops to purchase food supplies. Hotel offered to order meal through uber eats but also add surcharge. Managed to order my meal. On arrival, soon found out this hotel was pet friendly, barking dogs , outside and the room next to mine had a noisey dog. I was informed that it's advertised on the website but the company travel agency booking did not mention this, it's only on the official website. Catch for first timers. The hotel had a very strong odour like a pet groomers, very strong and unpleasant. The lift smell was all pet related. Requested and was informed I could have a change of room but that didn't happen as too difficult. Apparently level 4 is pet free. I just cannot get past the Smell like the carpet everywhere is either sprayed with a strong dog deodorant or something. Had to sleep with window open and air-conditioning on to reduce the Smell. Won't be staying here again and will feedback this information to our corporate travel agency. Not a good start to my work week at all. Hotel -Not recommended.

I came here for a work function recently but didn’t stay in the hotel so can’t comment on the rooms, however interstate colleagues said it was fine and rooms are quiet despite its location on a busy road. Conference facilities are basic with one medium sized room near the entrance. Overall best suited to corporate travellers who are visiting nearby offices or for tourists who plan on spending their days in other parts of Sydney.
