The team at Quick and Easy were amazing. Everything was seamless from quote to check-ins and pickup. I had a few things going up the central west from Sydney and the team were super professional, got up there in no time and made sure that the delivery was seamless on the other end. Thanks Ibby and Jack for organising, and Sebastian and Victor for being so efficient on the day. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks team

The team has been very helpful from the start. Honest and helpful in the planning (no trying to oversell the product) and the booking. We touched base a couple of times and again dealt with friendly and helpful sales and operations staff. On the day of pickup the team were again very helpful and considerate (moving is stressful), and went around the job in a professional manner. We have had a number of removals over the years (ex ADF), and this would have been in the top 2 removals we have had. The price was very competitive. I will definitely recommend them.

Hello Team, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the outstanding way you handled my recent move from Sydney to the Gold Coast. Moving interstate can be a stressful experience, and in the end, it really comes down to trust — saying what you’ll do and then doing exactly that. Your team delivered on that promise from start to finish. Before booking, I obtained four quotes to compare options and found your pricing to be very reasonable for the size of the load. More importantly, the communication throughout the process was excellent. Both Jo and Fay were incredibly responsive and explained everything clearly, so I always understood the plan and timing from start to finish. I requested a 7:00am start on a Saturday morning and, true to your word, the team called 30 minutes before arrival and pulled up exactly on time. Vahid and Sebastian immediately took control of the move and worked efficiently and professionally while still making sure I felt relaxed and confident that everything was being handled properly. I have never been so relaxed on move day! We moved from the Blue Mountains to Taree, we had alot of items to move including some heavy machinery, which took 2 x 45 SQM trucks. The crew who turned up were fantastic! great communication in the lead up to the move, and throughout the process. They packed the trucks very proficiently, nothing was damaged, and delivered the next day. Again they unloaded the trucks and placed everything in the correct space, and were always checking in with us and asking questions about placement of items. They also then went and picked up another large item for us which required some creative thinking to move! All in all, a great service for a very reasonable price, their quote was almost 50% less than some others we got quotes from (saying that the other quotes were just astronomical and were ripping us off), their quote was reasonable and was a fair price for the service they provided. I would not hesitate using them again, should the need arise, but will definitely be recommending them to friends etc.
