Not the best of mechanics. It looks cheap at the start but you get what you pay for. You will have to do rework to remediate the issues with another mechanic to fix the problem which will double and more on the cost to fix the issue. At the start they will say they use the best parts but the invoice has no info on parts and when you probe into it they have used the cheapest parts and that is a problem.

Absolutely exceptional service by the team. They diagnosed the issue and even fixed my car within 2 hours only and didn't charge a fortune. I would highly recommend these guys.

I've had good experiences with RW Brown Automotive. They were able to source the parts for my old Holden and get it going again for a reasonable price. The car is driving well now and I'm looking forward to getting many more years out of it.

Greg at reception and Iman the mechanic were honest, direct and great to deal with. It's my second time back after initially coming for an oil change 6 months ago. I had a DPF valve problem in my diesel car, they ran a free diagnostic for me and rather than continuing on the inital repair and quote, they told me to go to a diesel specialist due to the nature of what was required. This was totally professional and honest service as they did not attempt the repair knowing that a specialist would be better in my situation. If you're after honest service and fair prices, this is it.

Took my car in for a routine service and brake check at R.W Brown Automotive, and I’m really impressed. Booking was easy, they got me in on time, and the staff was professional and transparent. They explained the issues clearly, didn’t pressure me into unnecessary repairs, and completed the work ahead of schedule. The price was very fair, and the car runs perfectly now.
