Completely disregarded their responsibility and displayed a totally superficial attitude to their duty of care as a property letting agent, this lack of attention on the final inspection has cost thousands of dollars in necessary renovations by many trades, and un-discovered damage to the property and costly built in furniture Followed by a complete lack of communication (ghosting) with regard to their preparing for tribunal. The superficial final inspection of the property & the subsequent lack of follow up is not acceptable.

Big thank you to Andrew Celona - super helpful, very efficient and overall really personable guy. Would highly recommend him to anyone. We’ve been in our apartment for 2 months now and he’s been a super star.

GREAT EXPERIENCE Hannan Bouskila has recently assisted us with the sale of our house. He has always been very professional and enthusiastic. Communication with him was always friendly, honest and of the highest standard. His deep knowledge of the market combined with resourcefulness and skill has allowed us to sell our house quickly and at a good price. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided Raine and Horne Bondi beach. Anna and Grace were great in helping me find a two bed apartment. I would definitely recommend them. Anna was very friendly and helpful at the viewing. The application process was quick and easy, the team were very professional and helpful with all our questions. They were incredibly accommodating with signing the lease and with the move in date. They made it all so straight forward. Thank you!!

We’ve had a really great experience with raine and horne in our current property. We’ve been renting there for about 18 months and have been really well looked after by Felicity. She is an amazing property manager who has managed the few issues that we’ve had really well and responsively. Matthew also did an incredible job in the leasing of the property. He managed to turn it around in just a couple of days and saved us from being without a place to live. Thanks Matthew. No hesitation to recommend them
