I feared the day my restaurant exhaust system would fail. After 11 years it finally happened on Tuesday. Called my local technicians who all advised me they can’t come out for 2-3 weeks… ridiculous. Upon a quick google search I came across Ramco. With great reviews i gave Shane a call who advised me he’d be in first thing in the morning! Shane arrived and immediately began trouble shooting and explained clearly everything he’s checking. The diagnosis led to a burnt out fan motor. Shane advised me the previously installed exhaust motor was wrong and immediately drew up a diagram of how it should be and quoted on the spot. He advised he can have it done on Friday and I accepted Job was done professionally! I even learnt a lot of trade secrets by Shane and a top bloke to have a chat with! I highly recommend him for your job!

We had Shane come out and fix our commercial range hood. He went above and beyond for us and his work is second to none. He also did electrical work on top of the repairs to the range hood which saved us a second call out of an electrician. Cannot recommend RAMCO enough.

Absolutely amazed with the professional service Shane provided from the moment he answered my call. He was so knowledgeable and he understood the urgency of my job. My exhaust vent was within 2 days! He really did save my business something I am so grateful for. Ramco is definitely a company which I will keep using in the future! Highly recommended!

Our Exhaust gave up on a Saturday evening and we had no choice but to close the restaurant, a big blow for our business. Desperate I started calling people with not much success. When I came across Ramco's number I called on a Sunday afternoon thinking I would leave a message. Shane the owner picked up the phone and straight away did understand the emergency of the problem, his response "I'll be there in about 25minutes". As a certified electrician he first went through everything and checked all electrical but the motor gave up. He managed to find the perfect fan replacement which was quite unique model first think on Monday morning and worked hard all day to install it, we were back in business by Monday night. The price for the job was very, very reasonable, I highly recommend Shane from Rambo Electric.

Shane from RAMCO serviced and re-gassed our aircon compressor which had been running poorly for some time, and in the process identified some other minor defects, such as a damaged electrical wire and stripped threads on a couple of gas connectors. His many years of experience with air conditioning and being an electrician to boot ensured that the compressor was serviced safely and professionally. I found Shane to be very friendly, honest and knowledgeable and wouldn't hesitate in recommending RAMCO to anyone.
