Took the family out for dinner at this Famiky run restaurant for the first time and was so glad that we tried it out. Food was amazing tasty and ample. Loved the Chicken Momos fried and the Onion Bhaji. We had garlic and plain naan with Butter Chicken and Rogan Josh. Delicious and also tried their Lamb Biriyani. So good. Finished off with Mango Gulfi ice cream. Highly recommended for those who have not been here.

the curries here were very flavoursome and the momos were fantastic and full of spices. i would definitely recommend momos and their chicken curry, which was really tender. the lamb curry was a lot leaner and I liked it less. the naans were great too, we got the cheese and garlic naan and keema (lamb mince) naan, which was really aromatic. we had gulaab juman for dessert, these hot bread-like sponge cake balls with syrup and it was really delicious and i would order them again. they also had delicious mango lassi, although i would not recommend the sweet lassi. it tasted like slightly sweetened yoghurt. this was such great food at a great price. 1 entree, 2 mains, 2 naans, 1 dessert, and 2 drinks all for less than $80 total. we were given papadams as starter and chocolate for dessert complimentary. the lady serving us was very thoughtful and ran around making sure we all enjoyed our food. this restaurant is great and i would come back again. two pookies project #8

This is such a cute restaurant with obviously passionate people in charge. We were feeling so hungry for dinner that we ordered an insane amount for two - a mango lassi, sweet lassi, chicken momos, mango chicken, lamb roganjosh and gulaab jamun, as well as keema naan and cheese and garlic naan. By some freak miracle this came to be under $40 per person still. We were also treated to complimentary pappadums and chocolates. I would highly recommend the mango lassi, chicken momos, mango chicken and gulaab jamun. The lamb roganjosh was okay, decently hearty. The keema naan is worth a try. The furnishing at this restaurant is one of the best in the area, as well as the service, which was incredibly friendly and hospitable. We were made to feel very cared for throughout our whole meal. two pookies project #8

Fantastic meal for a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens, 1 pre-teen). 2 x butter chicken dishes that had a great flavour, 1 x lamb korma which was delicious, some naan and poppadoms for the table, plus 3 shared sides - momos, tandoori prawn and spicy chicken. About the right number of dishes for 5 of us. The spicy chicken was exceptional - sweet, tangy, not too spicy, paired well with onion and capsicum. Photo taken after it was almost fully devoured. The Nepalese options add variety. Would recommend to others!

The Rashmin Restaurant is located on Pacific Highway in Roseville, opposite the Roseville Station. There's usually parking available around the back in the council carpark. You can enter the restaurant from the carpark side. Excellent mix of Indian and Nepalese cuisine. Food and service were excellent. I like my food spicy hot but you can request to have it toned down.
