Great recovery spot, got everything you need. Ice baths freezing, Sauna’s hot, Normatec pants were unreal too. Very clean facilities and the staff are amazing! Would highly recommend.

Amazing recovery center in the heart of manly. I was gifted a session here and the facilities are great. Contrast therapy (three Saunas, traditional and infrared as well as cold plunges) great for resetting the body mid week. Lilly was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you 🙏🏽

Love this place. The saunas are hot and plunge pools cold! You can genuinely feel the care they put into the customer experience. They don’t overcrowd sessions, the space is spotless, the staff are friendly and welcoming and the overall offering is fantastic. It’s so refreshing to experience a business that truly takes accountability for quality and service. Highly recommend this place if you haven’t tried it yet, you definitely should. I can’t wait to try this meditation station - zero gravity 😍

Made contact and spoke to lily in relation to treatment of my injuries and what a great person to speak to lily was informative actually interested in my injuries and what best treatment would suit me and so knowledgeable and explained what I should be getting how it works and the results that I should be getting after treatments. Lily had a great phone manner and a bubbly personality which made the conversation so more relaxed and comfortable. After speaking with lily I know i had contacted the right place she was very passionate about the services they provide which made me feel very secure knowing that I would be getting the best out of my treatment plan. If you’re looking for a place to go and receive professional, friendly and a good vibe feeling then this is the place to go. If you get lily then your in very good hands a wealth of knowledge, professional and so cheerful it was a pleasure dealing with her. Thanks Greg

Great location in the heart of manly! Lily was incredibly welcoming and attentive! She took time out of her day to give an incredibly knowledgeable scientific breakdown of the benefits of hyperbaric chamber as well as sauna and cold plunge use. I went in there to give some TLC to body and mind but left with a better understanding of how to look after myself and instantly felt part of the community. Very impressed
