My son has been studying at Reading Town Chatswood for two years, and he has made tremendous progress — from not being able to sound out words at all to where he is now. The teachers here are very patient and adjust their teaching methods and learning plans according to each child’s needs. It is a tutoring centre that truly cares about its students. Especially Rebecca, who understands the children very well. She has been wonderful, and Reading Town is a very good choice for families looking for support for their children.

Teachers are always very kind and encouraging kids to keep reading books. They are professional to guide students follow the curriculum. Especially, it is good for making reading habits.

Your comments are actually horrible and selfish. I saw your kid at the waiting area. He was throwing a tantrum and you just watched him. It is an educational tuition place, not a babysitting place. As for myself. I'm proud to be one of the students who went there. At Reading Town, I learnt to stand up for hard working teachers who helped me, and not let 1 selfish review judge their years of honest hard work. If you are a mother, show your child with better examples of how to use online reviews, and kindness to others who are trying to help you. @Stella Feng

The owner Korean lady‘s attitude is so rude and unhelpful! My son has enrolled one term in the English program, it was initially all good, my son loved his initial teacher. But after 5 lessons, they suddenly changed the class time and the teacher without contacting us. The receptionist Mr Ian stopped working there as well. And now this rude Korean owner is working there now. As my son is very young, only 4 years old, he need some help some time, but this lady doesn’t even want to help at all and I even saw her rolled her eyes on him when he sits on the ground. And my son doesn’t like the new teacher they arranged either. So I decided to stop my son’s learning here, then this lady started to say that my son was too young for learning here. Then why you didn’t tell us at the beginning? What about the previous 5 lessons? Why he started to be ‘too young’ just after you made sooooo many changes to the classroom and admin? I would say this tute School is not recommended at all based on our experience.

My10yo and 7yo's reading and writing improved significantly from the Reading Town program. All the teachers and staff are incredibly thoughtful and creative! The workbooks are fantastic and straight forward. Their online lessons have been a saviour during this covid season! Real teacher interaction with minimal fuss. Lessons were well structured and staff even postbox dropped off library homework books! Highly recommend this school.
