Shopping at rebel has always been positive an experience , this time with really good service from Charles, the young gentleman at the sports section . He was incredibly helpful and took the time to find the perfect tennis racket and balls for me as a total beginner plus freebie cover . Thank you so much, highly recommend !

Outstanding service on two occasions by Adam with football boots for my kids. Each time he was diligent with measuring their feet and checking the boots we purchased were the correct fit and ones they liked the look of. He is an asset to Rebel at Broadway with traditional customer service.

I was prepared to spend $1,300 on 20 items of clothing today, but the experience with the manager, Matthew, was incredibly disappointing. I want to start by saying the sales associates here are amazing. The guys on the floor were professional, patient, and gave great styling and pairing advice. If it weren't for their hard work, I would have given this store 1 star. However, when I approached the manager, Matthew, to ask if there was any discount for such a large bulk purchase, he was extremely rude. He actually told me I was "wasting his time." Honestly mate, this is the job you chose and get paid for. Handling customer inquiries is your basic duty. I have never seen a manager so unprofessional and lacking in basic customer service skills. Matthew, you seriously need to learn from your staff on how to be professional. To make matters worse, he refused any immediate discount on a $1,300 sale and instead offered a 5% voucher for my "next visit." I’m buying 20 items at once—when does he think I’ll be back? It’s a completely empty promise and felt like a brush-off. Don’t bother buying more than 3 items here. The management clearly doesn't value large purchases or customer loyalty. Suc

On Thursday night I came in to look for some soccer boots not feeling like shopping after being at work all day. I was met by a super friendly and welcoming staff member named Belinda. She made me feel so comfortable and helped me get the right size boots, taking the time to make sure I had the right fit. She then suggested some socks for my new boots and helped me match my socks with my team jersey - taking them time to go get colours for me to decide on. The whole time she was patient and confident which made the whole shopping experience a pleasure and smooth and enjoyable. I will definitely be back and telling my team to go see Belinda at Rebel Broadway! I never write reviews but was so satisfied with the whole experience I had to acknowledge the effort of your wonderful staff member Belinda!! Put her on and your customers will be very happy as I was! Thanks so much Belinda :)
