⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Rebel Parramatta for what was one of the most outstanding retail experiences I have had in recent years. Every staff member I encountered was professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely committed to helping customers. What impressed me most was the consistency of the experience. Super nice feeling being served by a wonderful lady when l wanted to buy a pair of ASICS Gel Kayano white color shoes. When my criteria of white color & double E cannot be met, she found me a pair of white color、extra wide shoes of another model (Gel-Contend 9）at a much better price. Went here today to buy a pair of running shoes. What should have been an easy 20 minute process took over an hour. I made myself clearly visible to staff and went as fat as to walk around the store looking for someone to help me. This store was terribly understaffed and the staff who were there clearly had no desire to help their customers. Really disappointing and they were lucky I was so patient otherwise I would have left a long time before i did. To top it off i asked a staff member if i could use the treadmill and he ignored me completely. Really need to improve the distribution of staff and the communication skills of the few people who make it into store.
