Very poor service and bad attitude. I just came in to have a look, but the staff didnโ€™t inform me politely that they were about to close. Instead, the way they handled it felt rude and unwelcoming. If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would definitely wont be back .

It's a small store so limited on what they sell which is understandable. The staff I've experienced here are always incredibly helpful. The security guard at night is a bonus, if you're a respectful customer he is also respectful to you. Good location.

I recently visited Red Bottle Shop last sunday and had a really good experience. The store was clean, well-organised, and easy to navigate, with a wide range of products available. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations and making the whole process quick and smooth. Prices were reasonable compared to other bottle shops, and I appreciated the variety of both local and international options. Checkout was fast, even during a busy time. Overall, a reliable and convenient place to shopโ€”I'll definitely be coming back again.

Visited on the night of February 1. I understand and respect the need for ID checks, and I had my ID with me. However, the female staff with bright long hair had a very poor attitude from the start. She looked visibly tired and spoke in an unfriendly manner. After my friend (who didnโ€™t have ID) left the store, the staff member suddenly shouted โ€œEXCUSE MEโ€ at me and kicked me out without any explanation. When I tried to ask about the policy, she ignored my question and continued speaking at me in an accusatory way. If she had explained the situation even briefly, I would have understood. My issue is not with the policy itself, but with her attitude and the way I was treated. Very disappointing experience.
