Dr masselos saw me within two days after a GP picked up on an infection in my left eye - an unexpected diagnosis was delivered, but with compassion and care and a clear treatment plan communicated with clarity - the whole team were also lovely / from initial triage and reception staff - thank you for making a horrible time bearable

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The doctor I saw here told me that because of a virus I contracted its possible I would end up with permanent scarring, short sighted and have to wear glasses and that my eyes may also be affected for reading and computer work. This was a significant peice of news for me. Understandably, I was upset and crying. The doctor was completely Indifferent to my upset. He told me I'm not going blind and I'm getting old so my vision was going to change anyway. When I raised the fact that his response was uncaring, and he needed to work on his empathy and delivery of bad news, he was totally unmoved. He told me that I'm just upset because he is not going to promise he can fix me and he's not telling what I'm want to hear. I was very clear about the source of my distress and his lack of empathy was also upsetting to which there was a cold and clinical response. Also, the wait time to see the Doctor is over 2 hours. They should tell you this when booking so customers can plan and park accordingly.

Very friendly team. I usually see Dr Downie at his offices in Miranda. But due to an emergency issue I was thankfully slotted in to an emergency appointment here in Hurstville. Lovely big offices with a large waiting room with ample comfortable seating. Thereβs a television to keep you entertained while you wait and also a kitchenette for use. Should the need arise thereβs bathrooms located across the hall from the entrance. I found all of the staff to be friendly yet professional and was felt completely at ease during my visit. Thank you as always Dr Downie for your help and professionalism.

It was very stressful when our child developed a turn in both eyes aged 2.5 however Cammy, Kristina, Thompson and Dr Hing could not have been more kind. We felt like we were in the best of hands, and seeing the initial results from surgery we are so impressed with Dr Hing's work. Also the whole hospital process was handled by the clinic - it was fast, organised and easy. Almost entirely covered by our health fund too. Any questions I've had throughout have been quickly answered by Kristina or Cammy. I also want to add a note on the clinic - it's been thoughtfully decorated with boxes of toys, comfy chairs and so many books to read and fun little toys in each room. Our daughter actually enjoys her appointments.

I am so grateful to have found Dr Hing and his wonderful staff who supported me through my strabismus surgery. It was not only the excerpt advice, professional process and pleasant demeanour, but it was the fact they they were all very kind and supportive. Having a positive experience from dealing with reception to surgery to a follow up care made my recovery so much faster and easier. I am forever thankful to Dr Hing and his staff, especially Cammy & Kristina. Keep up the amazing work!
