Ilona has a very warm personality and makes you comfortable enough to open up. However, I think she would be better suited as an individual therapist and not a great fit for marriage counselling, especially with matters like infidelity and betrayal trauma. She tries way too hard to convince the betrayed partner to accept and move on and doesn’t focus on the trauma caused by the infidelity, consequently skipping the accountability and the root causes of the choices made. The fact that she would tell the betrayed partner that they aren’t perfect and would have made mistakes too, goes to show the lack of consideration. You can sit and do a million communication exercises but when the betrayal trauma isn’t addressed, you end up facilitating an even greater disconnect between the partners.

Illona Gaudin is absolutely incredible! I have been seeing Illona for 2 years and she intently listens to everything I say. She teaches me skills to manage my mental health. Furthermore her ability to take me through EMDR as I unpack my trauma is beautiful. She maintains a safe space and overall, she's a lovely person. I have been working with Margot for a little bit more than a year, every week. Margot is dedicated and gentle; her insights are compassionate and precise. Often, she emails me during the week with readings or thoughts and when I wasn’t at my best she would check on me or let me know she thought about me during the week – it always felt she was there with me in the background; not letting me go. During our session she pauses me. We dig and we unveiled. I speak a lot and she listens a lot. Sometimes, we do exercises, they make me uncomfortable, but they also unlocked some perspective about myself I had ignored. With her, I have learnt and I have been challenged. Margot suggested readings and shared books with me that elevate my vision and added depth to the person I am. Moreover she cared for me in a genuine and authentic way.

I have been a client of Rewire Me for 2 years and it is brilliant. The physical space is so warm and friendly, it smells amazing, it’s comfortable and I’m always offered a cup of tea. The individual rooms are really beautiful and relaxing, the music creates a nice soft ambiance and relaxing vibe too, without being distracting. I see Lauren and have for the past 2 years and I HIGHLY recommend her. She is exactly what I was looking for in a therapist and has helped me work through some pretty difficult times and come out the other side. TLDR; Lauren is the best!

I too have only seen Lauren a few times, but after looking for a therapist on and off for a decade, I feel so utterly relieved to have found Lauren. She is warm, funny, very professional while also feeling personable, and generous. On top of her skills and qualifications she is just a great person and clearly gifted at what she does. I don’t feel remotely self conscious or judged, she’s the real deal. The practise is also beautiful and comfortable, they are very hospitable. Such a safe a happy space! Thanks Lauren and thanks Rewire Me. So happy to have landed here. x

Charlene and the team at RewireMe do an exceptional job. She has really helped me to overcome some real blockers in my life and provided me with the skills and drive to really pursue my goals. It has been, and continues to be, such a rewarding experience that has helped me live the life I want.
