I visited the Manly store today as I was interested in buying a board and had the best customer experience. I had so many annoying questions and the team were incredibly patient and accommodating. Special shoutout to Lucas, who really knew his stuff and made the whole process easy, friendly, and fun. Such a great vibe in the store — I’ll definitely be back!

This one is a shout out to the staff. I had the unfortunate experiencing of witnessing a rude customer demanding a discount from staff today.giving each and everyone of them a hard time. He was so awful to the staff and I felt the needed to speak up. Given how professional and kind the staff were. They didn’t deserve to be treated like that by a customer. Hats off to the staff. They are so helpful and hard working and do not deserve to bear the brunt of rude customers.

Georgie from Ripcurl Manly was fabulous. I asked for photos of the lining of a backpack that weren’t on the website, and once I asked Georgie emailed them immediately after taking pictures. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time thank you so much Georgie!!!

Excellent customer service. lots of surf gears and lots of knowledge from Georgie who is working there. She helped us check out a few different Wetsuits and boards we were looking for without being pushy or trying to sell us something we weren't sure of. She also helped hunt down the exact size of wetsuite and board that suited my brother's experience. Definitely recommend chatting with Georgie if you're a beginner or you are looking to buy a new gear and get some tips on what to buy for your skill and style.
