I can’t recommend Rockdale vet hospital highly enough. The entire team is kind, caring, and professional, and they always make us feel welcome. They take the time to explain everything clearly and treat my dog with so much patience and compassion. It’s obvious they truly care about the animals they look after. Thank you for providing such excellent care and giving us peace of mind every time we visit. We are so grateful to have found such an amazing clinic!

I took my dog to Rockdale Vet Clinic today for the second time, but it was our first visit with Dr. Rob. He was incredible and managed to keep my dog — who is usually very anxious about vet visits — calm enough to be assessed more thoroughly than he’s ever allowed any vet before. Dr. Rob was calm, gentle, and had such a wonderful bedside manner. I felt genuinely listened to throughout the appointment, and it made a huge difference. I also really appreciate that as soon as you arrive at the clinic, you’re taken straight into a consultation room rather than having to sit and wait in a busy waiting room, which makes the experience so much less stressful for anxious pets. On top of that, appointments run on time, and the whole clinic feels organised and caring. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Dr. Rob and the team!

I cannot thank this clinic enough for the care and compassion they showed during one of the hardest moments of my life. We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Missy, who was 18 years old. They have taken such great care of her over the years, and that meant everything to us. From the moment we arrived, the team treated her with such gentleness, patience, and dignity. They took the time to explain everything to us, allowed us space to process, and made sure she was comfortable and calm the entire time. What stood out the most was how respectful and kind they were, not just to Missy, but to us as well. They understood how much she meant to our family and handled everything with genuine empathy. It made an incredibly painful experience feel a little more peaceful knowing she was in caring hands. Thank you for giving Missy such a calm and gentle goodbye. We will always be grateful.

The glowing 5 star reviews are deserved. This practice is full of the most beautiful doctors. The process was outstanding far beyond what I could have expected. I have an extremely anxious cat, and she definitely takes after me. I was worried sick about getting her into her crate the morning of, but received a message to say how they can provide medication to help her stay calm from the start of the day. Dr Erika was amazing, she was realistic with the pricing and up front. I picked Jinx up from her almost 11 hour stay, she is 7 teeth down and despite looking a bit goopy (but still cute) 🤣 she is herself. She has been on planes and seen many different people & vets, but she has never come home and immediately asked for food and attention. (She holds a grudge!) Thank you so much to everyone I spoke to and interacted with, from the first quote, to the upcoming checkups. Rockdale Vet Hospital is a safe place for you and your cherished pets 💞🐈‍⬛
