Rollers has always been our favourite bakery in Sydney, but they recently gave us a reason to love them even more. On the day we got engaged, my fiancé messaged them on Instagram asking if they could put aside some pastries for us, as he knew we wouldn't arrive until later and was certain our favourites would sell out. Not only did the team kindly save the pastries for us, but when we arrived they had also reserved a table, making our special day feel even more memorable. Then, to our complete surprise, they gave us our pastries and matchas on the house to celebrate our engagement. It was such an incredibly thoughtful and generous gesture that truly touched us. The pastries and matchas are always amazing, which is why we keep coming back, but it's the kindness and genuine care from the team that makes Rollers so special. They played a small but meaningful part in one of the happiest days of our lives, and it's something we'll remember forever. Thank you, Rollers, for making our engagement day even more special. We couldn't be more grateful.

Went to Rollers Bakehouse in Manly hoping to find a seat and found it closing within an hour, which meant there were few pastries left. I picked up an almond one and ate it on the go later. WOW, wow, wow!! The almond filling, very reminiscent of frangipane, was extraordinary! Perfectly flaky croissant dough complemented by the almond filling made me very happy. Excellent bakery that does have seating. Highly recommend if even for the almond croissant.

Everything was superb. There was a variety of flavours to choose from. We chose the orange crumble monkey bread which had a harmonious combination but a bit of a harder exterior and chewy texture - never had it before so am unsure if it is meant to be as such. The hashbrown chorizo paired amazingly with the sourcream. It had a salty lace which just added to the complexity of its taste. The highlight was the hot chocolate. Thick, creamy and not overpowerly sweet. We both had the normal. It was fun to dip the croissant exterior to the thick warm foam. We ordered an oat-milk and normal. We didnt notice until after, that they were both normal…

Great pastries. If this was about food would easily be 5/5. Nice and buttery pastry with beautiful cream and not overly sweet. The price is a bit steep in my opinion at $12-15 per pastry, and the coffee was good but not great. A nice touch was when they call your coffee order out they say “thank you <name>”.

When we arrived, there was no line yet, but while we were sitting there, a long queue started to form. We only had a croissant and a coffee, but both were excellent. The small courtyard is quiet and pleasant, with a larger seating either right next to the restaurant or one setting on the street. Overall, a very nice environment and a great place to stop for breakfast/coffee.
