Geoff and his team are very responsive and professional. I highly recommended anyone with roof leaks to call Geoff first because he will diagnose the problem. We had a bad roofer who tried to fix a small leak but ended up making the leak even worse because he didnt know where the source of the leak was - the bad roofer went up to our roof stepped on the tiles cracked more tiles and used silicon to glue it back. Geoff came to check everything took pictures and showed me what the other roofer did wrong. Geoff came and fixed it no more leaks after heavy rain. Geoff also took finished photos which the other guy did not do. Beware of dodgy roofers, call Geoff first!

Had water leak through the roof and through the ceiling during particularly heavy rains a few months back. Jack came out to inspect and was able to locate a hole in the roof as well as where the main leakage was coming from that fed into the hole. Communication was good all throughout the process and I am very appreciative that they came when they said they would. The guys that came out to do the job were polite, left the worksite clean and did a great job. Super happy with the entire process and absolutely will go back to them if another problem crops up on the roof.

These guys are fair dinkum, straight up, the best roofers around! I contacted them about a leak and Jack was out the next day. I had a hole in my flashing and Jack did a temporary fix to stop the leak. I then had Jack check other areas of the roof as it is 20 years old. A few items I was concerned with Jack assured me did not require attention and to save my money - very rare these days! There was no bill for that call out and the full quote and job was not received/completed until a couple of months later. Before and after photos of all works undertaken were provided. Possible time delay between initial call out and quote/work was fully explained. It has now been approximately one month since job completion and there have been no leaks or issues. Hugh was the roofer who attended and was friendly and professional. I will only be contacting The Roofing Portal for any future roofing issues or maintenance work. On an extra note: I highly recommend following their YouTube channel - some great advice and often around subjects not often thought about until something goes wrong!

I was really impressed with the work by the Roofing Portal. It took the 2 roofers (Dylan and Hughie) 3 days to do the work. Parramatta area. The sarking at the lower story of the house was past its use by date. The roofers did the following work: - pull up the roof tiles - lay new sarking - replace roof battens - reset the tiles - put new pointing in on ridge caps and at the edges of the roof - put new colourbond covers on wood work I would definitely get The Roofing Portal back to do more work
