I had a very disappointing experience with Rosecap and would not recommend using their service. Before transferring my AUD, I specifically asked whether they could provide a bank transfer receipt for the payment made to my nominated bank account. I was told that this would be possible. However, after I transferred my AUD to their customer account and completed the transaction, they refused to provide any bank transfer receipt. Instead of responding to my repeated requests for proof of payment, they began requesting additional personal documents. First, they insisted on receiving images of both the front and back of my physical driver's licence, despite the fact that I had already provided my digital driver's licence. After I complied, they requested a gas or electricity bill. After I provided a gas bill, they then requested a bank statement, still without addressing my original request for the transfer receipt. In my view, receiving proof of a financial transaction is a basic customer right. Throughout this process, I felt that my request was being ignored while additional documents were continuously demanded without a clear explanation. Based on my experience, I would recommen

I chose this exchange service mainly because of the large number of 5-star reviews, which gave me confidence that they were reliable and experienced. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. I was assisting a friend in Iran with paying her university tuition abroad. From the beginning, I clearly explained the situation and the constraints we are dealing with (including internet issues and the practical limitations around transferring funds from Iran). I was told that the process was straightforward and that payments from multiple accounts would be acceptable as long as proper identification was provided. Based on that, we proceeded and transferred a significant amount of money to the bank accounts provided. However, after receiving the funds, the process became unclear and additional requirements were introduced. Communication has not been transparent, and there seems to be a lack of understanding of the real conditions in Iran. Overall, the experience so far has been stressful and not in line with the expectations created at the start. I am still waiting to see how this situation is resolved and whether the transaction will be completed properly or refunded
