Tipping is appreciated but never expected.

THE SERVER WAS CUSSING AND SHOUTING AT ME. I had worst customer service experience at this bread shop. I would have given negative stars if I could. I went to buy a Black Forest cake because my kid wanted the chocolate piece on top. From the display, all of them have that. But, when I got the cake there was no chocolate piece. When I pointed out, the server told me that some cakes have chocolate on top and some do not, and that I should have asked her earlier. So, I bought another cake. When I explained that I thought all black forest cakes come with chocolate piece on top as seen from outside, the server began shouting at me. She said it was not her problem and she does not make the cake. After that when I told her not to shout, she started cussing at me. I have worked in customer service myself, and I can never cuss at the customer. There can never be excuses for shouting and cussing at a customer.

I just bought a slice of pork floss taro cake from Hurstville train station store this evening around 7 pm. Shortly after I took it home and had a bite, I found it tasted sour and spoiled. I had already eaten several bites before realising something was wrong. I believe the taro cake had been kept in the fridge for too long and was no longer fresh. This is a serious food safety issue. I hope the store can look into this matter for future business and provide a reasonable response.

Love this bakery! Reasonably priced & great variety. They have some unique flavours like Takoyaki bun etc, and I think theyβre better than the other bakery chains. Friendly service by the lady who served me on my visit.

A cross between nationwide food chain and your local Chinese bakery, S Bread is designed to be demure and endearing from the inside out. Their pastries definitely embody that meekness with each baked good having a soft, pillowy texture. I recently tried out a coconut bun and red bean bun (anpan) and I felt light on feet with delight afterwards. My first bite of the anpan was slightly disappointing as I only had a mouthful of sough which tasted pleasantly sweet. But once I was able to reach the red bean, it made for a solid, well rounded dessert. Hence, I would recommend placing a ball of red bean filling instead of a spread. The coconut bun exceeded my expectations with the amount of coconut nudged between the oily dough and the splendid coconut centre. I also have purchased small gateaus for the occasional birthday and was satisfied with the quality. The black forest cake solves sugar cravings with the juiciness of cherries that cuts through the powerful punch of chocolate. My personal favourite would be the classic chocolate cake that contains layers of creamy mousse and chocolate aponge, creating a gentle and not overpowering sweetness. While the reviews are brutally critical of

Beautiful cake. I love the black forest cake. For bread are very good for my kids lunch pack. And easy to eat on the train. Cake roll is nice but quite expensive if compared with the size.
