Me and a friend got our cash exchange here coupl of days ago and the staff were so patient and polite, gave us the best rate they could do and even recommended to us the peffect place to get breakfast around the city. Wonderful experience

Returning customer after previous excellent experience. Great rates, easy to order & generally very prompt service. Only 1 issue this time - I requested the currency to be sent to my local post office but there was no notification or tracking details sent to me when they dispatched the order. 1 day after I ordered the currency, they advised me that my order was being prepared & that they would notify me with further details once sent. After waiting 6 business days & hearing nothing, I contacted them by phone & email. A short time later I had a reply by email informing me that my currency order was waiting for pickup at my local post office & had been there for 3 days. Their reply also included the consignment & tracking number for the package. I was able to use this to pick up my order. So the delivery was very prompt, but their notification of dispatch (& tracking info) was only provided once I raised a concern. Despite this hiccup, I would still use them again.

Really smooth and easy process, got an excellent exchange rate, currency comes in a nice pouch rather than just an envelope. Purchased Indian Rupees online on Tuesday night and was notified on Wednesday that it was ready to pick up. Excellent customer service, the ladies at the desk were lovely.
