The most dishonest, despicable, unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. We prepaid my Fathers funeral in October 22 with all the promises in the world. My father passed on 9 February 24, the hospital called Safewill Cremations to let them know around 10.30am Friday morning. 3.30pm in the afternoon, I received a call to say that they were at capacity and couldn't accommodate the collection or service the contract we paid for. They suggested another company and passed on our information to them. We are grateful to the other company for the professionalism and service they provided. How this company can do this to people when they're at their most vulnerable state is absolutely beyond me. I'm sure there will be many people out there who have prepaid loved ones funerals only to be faced with the same problems we have and by the look of the last few reviews, my case is not unique. Safewill have great reviews for preparing people wills, I hope no one is getting fooled into prepaying their funerals at the same time.

I called Safewill Cremations On 13/02/2023 late in the evening and I had a very heartfelt, compassionate conversation with Alexa about their services and processes. I just wanted to understand how it all works and what the options are, and they were nothing short of wholesome. I would highly recommend their services if you have recently lost someone or just want to have a plan in place. Keep up the great work Alexa :)

From my first phone call, Safewill Cremations were understanding and extremely helpful with the details related to the unexpected death of my brother. Having no experience with the practical details related to a death in the family and the process of cremation I felt confident leaving the details to Safewill staff. My many questions were answered by Joshua, professionally and with compassion.The follow up service was extremely helpful and much appreciated.I would recommend this company to anyone who would prefer a more personal and individual approach to the passing of a loved one.

Thank you so much Emily and Safewill Cremations, you made a difficult time, so much simpler and gentler. I was so lost trying to follow my father's wishes of a direct cremation, found the usual family funeral director pushy and not listening or giving me time to process dad's wishes. Emily here locally at Safewill Cremations was so kind, so gentle, very professional and understanding. As an experienced funeral director, Emily had wonderful knowledge, empathy and totally understood that I felt emotional, vulnerable and my brain was a little vague. By explaining my options and giving me time to think and process whether I would choose Safewill Cremations, or the local Funeral Director- Safewill made this a simple pressure-free process. Direct cremation was what my father wanted as he had seen how my mother's funeral had affected my young son and myself, so dad wanted a simple, no fuss, cremation. I knew I could combine dad's ashes with mum's ashes with Emily's help later on down the track and scatter my parents together in a ceremony with loved ones present, when I was ready. I wish to extend a huge thank you to the staff at the Safewill cremation. I lost my dear father recently and did not know where to start. In my sad time I had an opportunity to deal with a professional team such as Kieren and Brittany. It is my pleasure to highlight their excellent service...A quick response, well organized, provided transparency in the process, affordable service. I have been explained and informed at every step in compassionate and courteous manners. I have elderly mother so I will definitely be using Safewill's service in the future and I will most definitely recommend to anyone who will be needing it as I did.

Through a very difficult time, the support provided from Chloe and the team at Safewill Cremations has been amazing. From the first conversation to the collection of my father's Ashes from the office, I cannot thank you enough for the kind and compassionate way you walked us through the process. Our lovely Dad passed recently. After initial consultations with other funeral companies I was disappointed with their expensive charges. I found Safewill so efficient, courteous and cost effective. We were handling all the important details that would have mattered to dad ourselves and we certainly didn't require any fancy coffin as he wished a simple cremation. The "celebration" of his life with family and friends was the much more important focus and Safewill's fixed costs were so reasonable it allowed us to celebrate in true "Dad Style" I wouldn't use any other service .Thank you Alexa Highly recommend Their Probate section has been faultless also

I cannot remember whether I have thought of an experience or service which was perfect and could not be improved upon, in my humble opinion. That was my experience with Safewill Cremations. There is no suggestion I can offer and nothing I can think of to improve the service which Alexa and her colleagues kindly provided. I was unprepared for my father’s passing and had no idea what I was facing and also suffering from shock. Having previously called several funeral companies it was Alexa’s compassionate and reassuring voice which made me choose Safewill and I am very glad that I did. The gentlemen who collected my father were extremely polite and filled with respect. The number of steps right up to delivering my father’s ashes were thoroughly streamlined and handled with utmost precision and efficiency. I most wholeheartedly recommend Safewill and extend my full gratitude to the team.
