I couldn’t be happier with my custom ring! From the very beginning, the entire process felt personal and thoughtful. The craftsmanship is absolutely stunning — every detail has been finished to perfection, and you can truly see the care and skill that went into making it. The ring fits beautifully and feels both elegant and meaningful. It’s even more gorgeous in person than I imagined, and I’ve already received so many compliments on it. Sahar is a creative jeweller who takes pride in ensuring that her clients get exactly what they want. She listens to you and then offers her ideas. Sahar is happy to change the design if you are not happy with it. Sahar gives her clients plenty of time to decide on what they want. Sahar has recently re-designed two rings for me and they are both stunning.

Fabulous experience with Sahar May, she helped me design some rings that I had repurposed. I was blown away how amazing they turned out. I would highly recommend her knowledge and talent.

If I could have left no stars I would have. I dropped my ring off in June to have it repaired. When it came back after 3 weeks the soldering on the repair was of a very poor standard. I requested that the soldering be made to look as it does on the other side of the setting, ie smooth and not a lump. It went back to the workshop and when it came back after a further 2 weeks the issue with the soldering had only partly been fixed. I requested that the ring be sent back to the workshop and when it returned for the third time the centre stone in the setting is now not straight in the setting. This is a particularly sentimental ring to me which has now been ruined by this jeweller and their substandard workshop staff. I have requested a refund for the "repair" (not the full amount) which has been refused. I have lodged a complaint with fair trading. Please do not take your vintage and or sentimental items here as they simply do not have the attention to detail or expertise to deal with them. Please also see the photos of the "10/10" repair work that they made to my Grandmothers ring which shows the lump of solder over the filigree, the tilted diamond and the dented flat claws.
