The staff are SO rude in here. I know it’s ran by volunteers but whenever I drop off stuff they are so dismissive and don’t even give you eye contact. Whereas the Red Cross staff are always lovely. Literally costs nothing to smile and be kind. Do better.

Honestly if you're used to going to Thrift stores for a hidden gem, I'd avoid this place. The prices are ridiculous. Never have I ever seen such prices in an Op shop in the East, let alone in NSW. The prices are more than what you would pay for new. Eg. a bag of 5 play worn toy cars (no vintage or rare ones) for $10, most of them retail for $1 or $2 each. Homewares/decorations you could source for a discount store for $60+. Lots of mid range 'designer" for $150 - $200 with imperfections, just go to Depop or Ebay for these designer items and guaranteed you will find better condition and for less. The ridiculous pricing is not just deterring people from buying within the store, and supporting a charitable cause, it prices out the less fortunate who rely on op shops. Disappointing.

I’m a regular at op shops but boy this particular is easily the worst experience I’ve been to in years . I had a horrific experience two years ago and today I went in hoping the staff was different. Nope same rude , judgmental and worst service or lack of . My partner was ordered by the older staff member to pick up fallen clothing near the counter and he obliged even though he didn’t knock it or work there . I wanted to put my $170 spend on my loyalty account and the old staff member said you just pay and I’ll fix it. I questioned how this could be possible. And the manager was called who was equally rude about the whole thing just avoid the shop . There are great salvos out there but this has to be the worst !!!

Should be 0 stars. A pair of Primark shoes that had labels for £14 ($28ish dollars) were priced at $60!!! In what world was the person that priced these living in?? This ridiculous pricing continues throughout the whole store. Very rude staff also, who need to remember it goes to charity.

This is a new concept Salvos store with a “designer” area. It’s a most pleasant layout,prices are very good and the staff were nice enough however there was a standout staff member, Caroline. This lady was loving her job,was very kind and present and had a great vibe,just like the shop! A great new addition to second hand shopping in eastern suburbs!
