Sam delivers Amazing Results. It was initially a hard decision for my wife and I to give Sam the listing instead of another sales agent who we knew for years, but the results speak for themselves. Sam and his team were friendly and professional, and were the most efficient team we have ever come across. Professional photos, tenants liaison, marketing campaign, open inspections... they ran everything so efficiently and smoothly that you don't need to worry about a thing. The property was scheduled for one month later but Sam brought me a pre-auction offer at a wonderful price just one week in, and the property was sold just like that! Great Agent. The best decision we made was to go with Sam. Right from the start he explained all our options & potential results, both good & bad to give us the full picture.
