Everyone, from the person I spoke to on the phone in the middle of the night, to the people at the desk, the vet and assistants, was just amazing. They were super friendly, helpful, understanding, compassionate, knowledgeable, and answered what might have been 'dumb' questions in a way that we could understand. They respected the fact we were extremely worried and sleep-deprived. Our Beagle, Hurley, was terribly unwell. They spoke to our local vet who'd seen Hurley the night before, and after comparing scans and X-ray he was diagnosed with Aspirated Pneumonia. We received a very comprehensive report with instructions and medication to take home. There was plenty of off-road parking with some under cover, and the waiting room was clean and designed really well designed with roomy booths for the pets and their owners to sit and relax. I was impressed with the tea and coffee making facilities. A good cuppa makes everything better, especially when you are tired and stressed. Even the music was calming. Thank you SASH xx

I was incredibly impressed with the communication, support, and kindness shown by all of the staff. Throughout Honey’s stay, I was consistently kept updated on her progress through phone calls and text messages, which made such a difficult time feel much more manageable. Every person I interacted with helped put me at ease and showed genuine compassion and care. I truly can’t thank the vets and staff enough for everything they did for Honey while she was in their care. Everyone shared how happy they were that she was finally coming home, and it was so clear just how much the team genuinely loves and cares for the animals they look after.

So grateful to everyone at SASH Alexandria 🥰 My dog has been cared for through medicine, surgery, anaesthesia, radiology, emergency and critical care and I am so appreciative that after a big journey she’s back home. Every client services officer, nurse and vet has been so kind, compassionate and knowledgeable - Daphne and I would highly recommend this hospital. Much love ❤️

I cannot thank the team at SASH Alexandria enough for the life-saving care they provided to my Italian Greyhound, Elio. He was admitted with a complex pelvic fracture, and from the moment we walked in, we knew he was in the best possible hands. A huge shoutout to Dr. Chris for his incredible surgical expertise and to Toni for the exceptional support throughout this process. The ICU nursing team deserves so much praise—they were so kind and patient with us during visiting hours, making sure we felt connected to Elio while he was in their care. The reception team was also fabulous, helping us navigate the paperwork and the GapOnly process with total professionalism. SASH is a place where high-level specialist medicine meets genuine compassion. Elio is now on the mend, and we are so grateful to everyone who played a part in his recovery. If your pet ever needs emergency or specialist care, this is the gold standard.

Thanks so much to the team at SASH, our cat (Micky Blue Eyes) was attacked by another cat in our own backyard and was terribly injured, we needed urgent care, luckily enough we found SASH and managed to get Micky to them asap knowing they were opened 24Hrs. SASH were able to get the right care, medication and services needed to help our cat Micky. Thanks again to all the staff that helped make our visit to SASH comfortable and made us welcome to help get Micky better. All the staff working at SASH are so lovely and caring and Micky who is so shy with other people was so placid and very comfortable with the staff and doctors at SASH. Staff are so gentle and loving towards the care and needs in helping our beautiful Micky Blue Eyes with the best care. Micky is doing so much better and is a happy cat again. Thanks again to everyone at SASH and knowing you're opened 24Hrs is a bonus and accessible Cheers
