SASH took care of our old boy and best big dog, Ozzy, after he had unexpected seizures. We are so glad he was in the care of SASH at the end. Dr Andre is the BEST, so kind and empathetic (and honest) and helped us decide what was best for Ozzy. Our entire family was able to come and spend time with Ozzy in a private room, and we were given all the time we needed to say our farewells with no rush at all. Dr Andre was very considerate, explaining what would happen given our youngest age 6 was there. Ozzy gently went onto his next adventures, cosy and warm in a bed and blanket, with all of us by his side as he went to sleep, knowing how much he was loved. And that means the world. Not only that, but the lovely team let us come back later that evening with Ozzy's best friends (our other two dogs, they had never been apart from him), so they could say goodbye to their pal too. On the way out, we were given a sympathy card and paw prints they had taken earlier, which was such an amazing gesture. We could not have asked for better care and support. I recently had to visit SASH, and I’m really grateful for the care my french bulldog received . The staff were incredibly friendly and compassionate during a stressful time, which made a huge difference. The facilities were also very clean and well-maintained, giving me confidence that my dog was in good hands. I was able to claim with my pet insurance on the spot which was an easy and quick process. Highly recommend !

From the minute we walked in we felt supported and informed. Updates on wait times and status check-ins made things better. Just love the separate Feline Waiting area with its cosy dark hidey-hole shelves. Brilliant! We felt completely confident that our boy Loki was in good hands. (5 year old Tuxedo cat)

Excellent care and response from the team there. Our puppy got extremely sick and ended up needing surgery to remove a blockage in his intestines. Thoughtful staff helped us through and our puppy healed really well (see second photo day after bringing him home, all wiggles and smiles) Was great to get such good care over Easter weekend when most places are closed and got to visit him a few times each day, the team let us stay as long as we wanted. Very grateful to the team.

We can't thank the team at SASH enough for the care and kindness you showed Wilson. From the moment we arrived, we felt supported, listened to, and genuinely reassured. The vets and nurses were not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but also so compassionate — it was clear Wilson was treated like one of their own. The communication throughout was excellent, and every step was explained with care and patience, which made a stressful time so much easier to handle. Wilson is doing so well thanks to you, and we're truly grateful for the dedication, expertise, and heart the whole team brings to what they do.
