Very informative sales process which gave us all the data we needed to make a decision. Clay and his team of installers were excellent, kept me informed during the process and left everything very neat and tidy. The battery and app are performing very well and it’s easy to see each day the levels and what our solar is doing, the battery and the grid. We recommend the sigenergy battery and Smooth Current.

We recently had our Sigenergy system and solar panels installed by Smooth Current Electrical and Solar and honestly could not be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Harrison was professional, knowledgeable, responsive and incredibly easy to deal with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, provided a very competitive quote, and made the whole process feel seamless from planning through to installation. Nothing ever seemed too hard and communication was outstanding throughout. Harrison was always quick to answer questions and made sure every detail was handled properly, including assistance with the government rebate process which made everything stress free for us. The installation team were equally impressive. Jesse and Troy completed the install efficiently and with great attention to detail. They were friendly, respectful, highly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through the full system setup, battery operation and app functionality before leaving. Our journey with Smooth Current Electrical and Solar started many years ago. Jessie kindly helped us when our original solar installer exited the industry. We were then introduced to Harrison, and along the way we were given plenty of support and space as we needed it. So, when it came time for our solar battery installation, we felt very comfortable continuing our relationship with Smooth Current Electrical and Solar. Our solar battery installation and meter board upgrade were completed within the day by Troy, Jessie, and the team. We are very happy with the experience and the outcome, with all work delivered to a high standard. We recommend them for your electrical and solar projects within the brands and services they offer.

So, I was sick of the sales tactics of the bigger solar and battery companies but really wanted a battery, was kind of resigned to the fact that I was going to have to deal with some snake door to door salesman. A friend recommended these guys. I shot off an email, and within 24 hours had a response and a conversation with Harrison. Awesome, knowledgeable and intelligent responses to my questions. Quote was super favourable as compared to many I had seen posted in online forums for the same product. Seemed like a longish lead time for the install, but they were busy, Harrison also said if any slots opened up, he would move the install forward. To his credit he did this. On the day of the install, Troy and Jessie turned up, and 2 more capable tradesmen I have never met. They were awesome. Thoughtful, detailed, careful, and above all neat and tidy. Couldn't be happier with the whole process. The install is way beyond my expectations. Could not recommend this business and their staff more highly.
