Scott and his team helped us with mum’s arrangements. He was genuinely warm and respectful throughout the whole process and he didn’t saddle us up with any extras we didn’t need. We feel lucky to have had him by our side and pretty much consider him extended family.

Scott, Marian, David & the rest of the team are amazing. We were recommended to Scott’s service after the loss of my father in law. From the very first phone call Scott had given my mother in law some ease, each step through this process was seamless, my father in law was treated with so much dignity & the family treated with so much respect. Scott was honest but sympathetic while ensuring the family knew it was their final decision. they handled all questions and requests with kindness and patience. The service itself was beautiful. It suited my late father in law so well. I am amazed at how easily David was able to pick up on what kind of person my father in law was and used that to personalise his send off. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you again Scott & entire team.

Just used Scott Gleeson funerals last week. From the first time we called & spoke to Marian (Office Manager) we were treated with respect & a caring attitude. On having a meeting with Scott the above feelings were still conveyed. The team went many extra miles to make the day flow smoothly. Well done team.

Exceptional, genuine caring service. We are a Samoan family and Scott’s understanding of our cultural needs was never an issue and his care and desire to ensure we were happy with everything was so comforting for us at a time of profound shock and grief at the passing of our son. Scott’s team in the office, Marian, and his other team members and Craig who supported us on the day of the funeral were exceptional. From the first phone call, I was put at ease at how to navigate the raw loss of how to plan a siblings funeral. I cannot thank Scott and Marian enough for their professionalism, attention to detail, fluent communication and compassion from start to finish. No sales pressure here-quite the contrary.
