This is genuinely my favourite Pilates studio for so many reasons. I love the environment - it’s not only super aesthetic and welcoming but also hijabi friendly. Also, Sarah is a brilliant instructor who takes care of all her clients. She is very enthusiastic and supportive and going to her classes makes the experience even more enjoyable. There’s also on-site parking which is very convenient. Highly recommend this studio!

I’ve had such a great experience at sculpt reformer pilates studio. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel so comfortable and genuinely welcomed. Every class has such a positive and supportive atmosphere, and the instructors are always encouraging, patient, and attentive. No matter your fitness level, they make you feel included and confident. It’s become such an enjoyable part of my routine, and I always leave feeling amazing both physically and mentally. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming and uplifting Pilates community!

I attended my first class today with my friend. Manar (instructor) was very supportive throughout the entire class and helped accommodate for me as I am a beginner and only two months postpartum. Overall great experience!

I started going to Sculpt not long after it opened and have been a regular ever since. It’s the first time I’ve ever been this consistent with exercise, and that’s completely thanks to Sarah and her team. Sarah is honestly the most amazing, kind and supportive instructor. She creates such a welcoming space and has helped me achieve my goals and feel more confident. I’d 100% recommend Sculpt to anyone, whether you’re a beginner or advanced, young or old. It truly is for everyone 🤍

I started at Sculpt in August of this year a month after it opened up and it changed me physically, emotionally and mentally. Sarah is an incredibly experienced and enthusiastic instructor, every class feels like a warm welcome and I attest my almost daily sessions to reforming my mindset and catalysing the journey of being -10kg down.
