We have reported this matter to the Department of Fair Trading after discovering that our credit card was charged more than the advertised price. The company acknowledged the overcharge and agreed to issue a refund; however, despite multiple attempts to follow up, they have failed to honour their commitment and refund the overpaid amount. What makes this particularly disappointing is the lack of customer care shown throughout the process. During our dealings, Paul was very forthcoming about the company's financial success, yet they have been unwilling to refund money that was incorrectly charged and that they had already agreed to return. As a young family, we expected the company to act in good faith and resolve this matter promptly. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
