Staying at the hostel was an excellent experience, with warm and friendly service from day one. Alice and Tara make you feel right at home in a welcoming and dynamic atmosphere. It is a great environment for socializing, meeting people, and connecting with travelers from different countries. The management is flexible and always ready to help—your stay will almost certainly last longer than you planned!

I had a wonderful stay at Secret Garden Backpackers. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, making it easy to meet fellow travelers and feel at home. The staff were welcoming, helpful and always happy to give local tips and recommendations. The hostel has a lovely garden area that creates a peaceful vibe, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The rooms and common areas were clean and comfortable and the facilities were well maintained. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport, shops, and nearby attractions. Stayed for 4 nights when i first arrived in sydney, then came straight back after experiencing a different hostel as i preferred it by far. Alice and Tara on reception are both super helpful and lovely to chat too, the rooms are comfy, the kitchen is kept to a very high standard and social areas and events are present every night and always have people attending, i look forward to continuing to stay here! Highly recommend for new and experienced travellers

Wanted to stay for a week, it’s been over a month now. Same story I hear from many people. Always a good vibe in the garden. Activities planned every day. Very easy to meet new people. Staff cleans every day. Tried a few other hostels but always came back to this one. Would 100% recommend.
