I had 3 hours of pure bliss. Walked out feeling like I’m walking on air. Julia you are truly amazing. Definitely worth the hour drive and will definitely be back. Thank you so so much xxx you are worth more money!!

Everyone was friendly and polite. But my massage therapist did everything very hesitantly, and her hands were shaking. Also, she was obviously sick with flu-like symptoms but worked without a mask. I paid for 90 minutes, but it only lasted an hour in total. When I walked out and realized this, there was no one at the reception to speak with.

Abby and Gwen were amazing! Felt like a new person coming out of the place. Gwen is so good and helped me get comfortable quickly especially with the Vichy shower. Abby has the smoothest and softest hands! She was great and so friendly and warm. Definitely coming back.

Easy to book online, friendly welcome and excellent service. I had a classic facial plus a few brow/lash extras, which Pha was able to accomodate when I asked to add them on to my appointment. It was a peaceful, relaxing experience with Pha using a wide range of treatments and products that felt wonderful. My skin felt and looked amazing afterwards and I left feeling truly pampered. I can't wait to go back.

Highly recommended! I’ve been coming here for many years and the service is always amazing. Just floated out of a Pure Indulgence session today with Julia. The body scrub with Vichy shower, aromatherapy massage and vitamin facial soothed my very stressed nervous system; I feel so nurtured ❤️ This is the place to go. Xx
