The counter staff is called Titus shows and we are very friendly. Convenient transportation. There are supermarkets and McDonald's nearby. There are white parrots outside the balcony playing with us. Although there are trains passing by, the noise is not affected at all. Cleaned in three days, very tidy. Open the door to the balcony and the air is fresh. I will definitely stay here again next time.

I landed here straight from India after a long journey and I must admit the hotel room, it's location, the service everything is perfect. Their staff is very helpful and won't ever disturb you. I stayed there for 14 days straight and never had a single complaint. The kitchen facility is really good here. I had pleasant stay with them and would recommend this hotel anybody who is looking to stay in this locality, spacially near the train station.

I booked my 2 daughters and 2 of their friends in for 2 nights. I was very happy with their experience. (As were they) The rooms were clean, and comfortable, Extra bedding and towels were provided on request, The girls did have a problem with their key which was immediately fixed when they mentioned it. The staff were friendly and efficient and looked out for the girls whilst they were there.

So we arrived late at night and had a tad of an issue with not knowing how to check in. The room itself was very very clean, couldn't fault the cleanliness at all. The size of the room was pretty small, if you are staying alone it's perfect with 1 other person it's a tad tight. Balcony was cute and overall I had a great rest. Only complaint would be that the bathroom shower 🚿 from the water goes all over the floor and there is no real way to prevent that from happening as it's not sealed properly. Otherwise good little stay. Thanks

I only stayed one night with my friend. The location is quite convenient as it is next to the station and the shops. upon first glance, the place is very compact and narrow (Which isn't a bad thing!). The room was comfortable despite it's size, all aspects were clean and tidy, very generous towel distribution. Staff are very friendly, Noise is minimal and I will definitely be returning again.

Hotel is in a great location. Close to the train station, bus stop out the front, 5 minute walk to Woolies, shops and restaurants. The Korean restaurant across the road is excellent!! The rooms themselves are fine. Although quite small, they are modern with comfy beds and all the basic utensils needed for a short stay. Kettle, toaster, microwave, bar fridge etc we’re all good. Unfortunately housekeeping is below average. Bathroom had less than half a roll of toilet paper with no spare, there was no bathmat, kitchen sponge had been used numerous times already, the carpet needed a good vacuum and the balcony was filthy. There is never anyone at reception, so I wasn’t able to check in until 3pm when I had already organised to check in at 2pm and there was fresh blood on the floor at the entry. Overall, I think it’s slightly overpriced for what you get, but if I needed to stay in the area again, I’d give the place another go. I’ve stayed in far worse.
