Mintdy, thank you for hot stone massage. The pressure was on point and I left feeling even more relaxed and supple. Thanks PK for the Bael tea, it was delicious. Booked in for next month so IMO, that speaks for itself. Khop khun kha ladies🙏🏻🍂🌸

I booked a pregnancy massage at Serenity Spa after seeing their marketing pamphlet displayed at my obstetrician’s clinic. As I require a massage fortnightly during pregnancy, I was expecting a professional and specialised service. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and far from relaxing. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment, yet I was not accommodated until 4:10pm. For a clinic that promotes relaxation and care, this was not a good start. Upon being shown to the room, I immediately noticed there were no pregnancy pillows or appropriate support equipment that would allow me to lie comfortably on my stomach, as standard in reputable pregnancy massage clinics. Instead, I was asked to lie on my side with a single pillow to hug, which was uncomfortable and poorly supported. Most concerning was the massage itself. There was no therapeutic technique, pressure, or targeted work. The therapist simply applied oil and lightly rubbed my skin for an hour. There was no effort to relieve muscle tension, knots, or pregnancy-related tightness. I left feeling heavier and more uncomfortable than when I arrived, certainly not relaxed. I am genuinely confused

I had a wonderful head, neck and shoulder massage with Jessie. I’ve been having really awful migraines and have found great relief with her massage style and technique. I would highly recommend visiting this spa.

I had an excellent massage with Jesse. She was skilled, attentive, and made the whole experience relaxing. I also want to acknowledge how professional the staff are. During my visit, I overheard another customer speaking rudely and demanding toward her masseuse. She even announced that she was “ready for her massage,” and when the masseuse didn’t respond instantly, she snapped at her. The customer kept complaining that she had sore areas, yet couldn’t communicate her needs politely. She was loud enough that I could hear her from the next room, which was inconsiderate to everyone around her. If someone is that sensitive and demanding, they should hire a personal masseuse instead of treating hardworking professionals that way. The staff handled the situation with patience and professionalism, and they deserve recognition for that. Thank you to Jesse and the whole team for maintaining such a high standard of service despite difficult customers. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I had the massage and body scrub and I loved the experience! Jesse welcomed me so well and Pinky was awesome with the massages. All the team was lovely. At the end I was really relaxed and could enjoy a good tea. Thanks girls!
