The co-working space itself is great and I genuinely enjoyed working from my dedicated desk. Unfortunately, the policies surrounding dedicated desks feel quite exploitative. 1. They charge a cleaning fee at the end. 2. They also require you to pay until the end of the following month after giving notice. For example, if you submit notice on 1 November, you’ll still be charged through 31st December, which is unreasonable in my opinion. 3. On top of that, they require bank account details on a company letterhead to process the security deposit refund, even when the desk was entirely self-funded. I only added my company name because it was a mandatory field at signup, yet this has now created unnecessary delays. Overall, it’s a good workspace overshadowed by unnecessarily rigid and unhelpful corporate policies.

I’ve had such a great experience with Servcorp Parramatta! The space is always professional, welcoming and perfectly maintained making it an ideal environment to work and meet clients. A huge thank you to the amazing team and in particular Christabel, Renee and Kiara for always going above and beyond. Their friendliness, professionalism and constant support truly make a difference every day. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they create such a warm and positive atmosphere in the office. Highly recommend Servcorp Parramatta to anyone looking for a premium workspace with an exceptional team behind it!

Ahhhhh... Servcorp Parramatta: the oasis of realised coworking dreams! Following the closure of my company's physical office earlier this year, I found myself at a loose end, and sought a suitable premises to hang my professional hat—that is, between the hours of nine and five. So, just imagine my surprise at finding such an establishment! Enter Servcorp Parramatta: modern fit-out, spotless facilities, and a team that somehow makes a corporate space feel like home. (Yep, Teah, Renee, Kiara, Tiffany, Christabel—we all see you!) What's more: its convenient location allows you to practically fall inside on disembarking our shiny new Parramatta light rail. You're essentially at the door. The seemingly endless array of lunch options in and around Parramatta seals the deal. Belt buckles: consider yourselves warned. To wet my whistle, I bided my time in the hot-desker community before making the anticipated jump (and promotion) to a dedicated desk. No looking back now! Another pleasantly surprising bonus was the opportunity to temporarily set up shop while travelling, rather than remaining cooped up in a stuffy hotel room. Thank you for the AMAZING service you provide to the Yellow Brick Road staff members and our clients. We love the lobby space for conducting client meetings and always receive fantastic feed back about how professional and stylish the space is. All the management and staff are an absolute delight to deal with, always providing an excellent service with a smile :) The co-working office suites are a perfect fit for our business and we highly recommend this facility.

Last year when our business moved locations after being in the same CBD office for decades, we had the pleasure of moving to this exceptional co-working space and I cannot recommend it enough. The easy access to public transport was a huge plus for staff from across the Sydney area. The warm atmosphere creates a comfortable and productive environment. The reception staff are outstanding, always friendly and ready to assist with any of our needs. The amenities provided, from reliable internet to well-equipped meeting rooms, were top-notch. Overall, it's an outstanding co-working space that exceeded my expectations in every way.
