The receptionist was very polite, and I was so relieved that the person who helped me could speak Japanese, especially since my English isn't very good yet. Thank you so much. When I was leaving and scanning my receipt, the woman who sent me off with a lovely smile was also wonderful. I went to get my RSA card created, and I felt very comfortable and secure throughout the process with almost no waiting time. Thank you again!

I know that dealing with service New South Wales can be frustrating specially with our stupid Point system that takes 3 1/2 years to get your points back which is totally unfair and sometimes the people behind the counter can be a bit grumpy and they never crack a smile, however we shouldn’t take it personally and we should remember the bad old days where you had to take a day off work in order to go to service New South Wales to register a car at least these days you don’t have to do that. You can do a lot of the work online but I do understand why some people have given this organisation a low review.

I had a very frustrating experience at this Service NSW branch. I attended to submit a mobility parking permit application that had been properly completed and signed by my GP. Despite this, the staff member incorrectly advised that my application could not be processed and insisted that an additional medical assessment was required, even though it was clearly marked as “not required” by my doctor. It appeared that the staff member did not have sufficient knowledge of the process, which resulted in unnecessary delays and wasted time. I had to leave without completing something that should have been straightforward. To make matters worse, I visited another Service NSW branch the next day, and my application was completed correctly in less than 5 minutes without any issues. This clearly shows that the problem was not with my application, but with the lack of knowledge at this branch. I understand mistakes can happen, but staff should be properly trained, especially when dealing with medical forms and sensitive situations. This experience was disappointing and inconvenient.

I came on Thursday around lunch time, not too crowded but there was a line up. Good queue system, lots of computer and printer if we need to print something. The place is also clean. Good customer service, though I wish the girl at the front check in station show more hospitality by smiling, but anyways she delivered the services needed. I observed the people working there and how they talk to the customers, they're all helpful!

I came to take my car knowledge test, and it was a terrible experience. The first person who attended me at the front area was very rude and showed little empathy. After completing my test, the person at the counter questioned my abilities, saying that people like me “ who are not from this country “ never get the F licence on the first try, and that people like me always come back asking for a learner licence because we don’t know the rules here. I found this extremely disrespectful and discriminatory. The customer service was awful, and the staff showed no patience when explaining the process to someone doing it for the first time. The person even mentioned that they understood everything perfectly, and I understand their point, since they might have worked there for years and provide this information every 5 or 10 minutes during their shift, but that doesn’t justify treating others poorly. I left very disappointed, wondering how someone with such a lack of professionalism and empathy can work in a place that deals with the public every day. I left also I review in the office, explaining this situation
