Bob from Shark Solar was excellent to deal with. Helped size my Battery only system and suggested the correct hybrid inverter to connect with my existing Enphase microinverters. He also worked around my personal issues in relation to timing of the installation. The installer Matthew was a wealth of knowledge apart from being very skilled. He delivered an excellent product backed by a strong long standing reputed manufacturer. Work quality was A1.

Adam and his team were extremely efficient and helpful. Adam guided me through each step of the process. From evaluation of my house hold needs, sizing the battery, where the battery and inverter needed to be, the distances between it and other utilities. Adam got his team to me in record time.. The installation team were very punctual and kept in contact with me right up to their approval on site. The team were incredible. My fuse box was crowded, but they sorted it all out. For and extra charge, Adam had arranged for a blackout protection. The install team ran all the cables in the wall cavities. Nothing to see here. Such a neat job. They cleaned up everything. The installation team set my system up so I don't need to think about anything. They also set up my app on my phone so I can monitor my whole house. Adam has contacted me to see how the system is going. Thanks shark solar team.

I had a great experience with my battery installation with Shark Solar as they came recommended by our friend. Adam was very patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. I was thinking of adding more solar panels to our house but he was very honest to tell me that adding more is not going to benefit us in any way since there was just a little extra space. I was a bit undecisive at first about what inverter to get but Adam was very helpful, patient and worked with me until the very end. Highly Recommended 🙂

I had an excellent experience with Shark Solar. The installation team who came to my property were highly professional, experienced, and knowledgeable, and the entire process was completed smoothly and efficiently. A special thanks to Rocky for his consistent support throughout the entire process—professional, reliable, and genuinely helpful. He was always responsive and easy to communicate with. He took the time to clearly answer all my questions and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was running as expected, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Shark Solar to anyone considering installing solar panels or battery systems. Great service from start to finish!

Avoid at all costs. Do not trust a single thing they say and ensure you have everything agreed upon in writing. I signed for a 10kW/42kWh FoxESS System AC Coupled with my existing PV (to retain warranty on PV) It took 4 visits to my property, along with a complaint to the SAA for the installer to get the battery installation mostly right/compliant, albeit messily. It makes me worry what other dodgy installs have been completed by this company/sub-contractor. The list of issues is endless; - Non compliance throughout - exposed DC cabling, initially no trunking between inverter and battery, incorrect battery labelling, incomplete site diagram. No cable glands for conduit entries used. Missing screws down the entire left side of the battery stack - Paid/signed for an AC coupled system to retain workmanship warranty on existing PV from another company. Installer removed my PV inverter and installed the FoxESS hybrid inverter and connected panels. No communication about this - The grid approval was then invalid as it was for AC coupled system, so needed re-application which I had to push them for. - Battery wasn't levelled during installation, so after all 300kg of batteries were st
