Pro-active management with clear communication. Tiffany worked proactively on all parts of the process to manage our long-term tenant leaving, through to finding and onboarding a new tenant in a timeline manner. The outgoing inspection was thorough. Her recommendations helped us to efficiently find high quality tenants while maximising rent potential. She also helped us coordinate improvements to the property in the short period between tenants. Overall we are very happy to work with her and Shead.

I had a great experience working with Raymond. He is young, energetic, and highly professional. What really stood out is how approachable and patient he is — always smiling and willing to help. Whenever I had questions, he responded promptly and clearly. He doesn’t just think from the seller’s perspective, but also genuinely considers the buyer’s side, which made the whole process smooth and reassuring for everyone involved. Both the buyer and seller were very satisfied. I’ve already recommended Raymond to my friends, and I’ll definitely work with him again next time.

I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Chris Reid. Due to an issue that appears to have been handled incorrectly on their side, we ended up with a negative rental record. What’s most frustrating is that this was never clearly explained to us, especially the fact that it could impact our ability to secure rentals in the future. As tenants, we rely on agents to provide accurate information and guide us properly through the process. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here. It feels like we are now facing consequences for something that could have been avoided if it had been managed or communicated properly. I would strongly suggest that future tenants ask detailed questions and ensure everything is clearly documented when dealing with this agency.

Efficent, Prompt, Knowledgable, & Trustworthy Property Agent. From the very beginning, Kim from Shead was incredibly efficient, ensuring every detail was handled promptly and accurately. Her friendly demeanor made each interaction pleasent, making the whole process easy and feel a lot less stressful. Kim was able to answer all of my questions, or find someone who could, and provided valuable insights that helped us make informed decisions. It was clear that they were very well-versed in their field, and their expertise was a great asset to us. Overall, dealing with Kim and her team at Shead was a fantastic experience. I would recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy property agent.
